1. Collecting initial content
To get started, it is optimal to have collected titles, texts, images, i.e. starter content that you want to use on the site. For example:
- the content of the subpages you want (e.g. introduction subpage, text to be displayed on contact subpage)
- menu items (header and footer links, where to point)
- for webshop / catalogue:
- categories (e.g. clothing, electronics)
- products
- product attributes (e.g. colour, size)
- if you have an idea for the colour or design of the site, or if you want a similar look and feel to an existing website
The more and more detailed content you provide, the faster we can get your website up and running.
We'll use your existing content to create the framework for your website, which you can then manage yourself in the admin interface.
It will greatly speed up the process if a list of products or other content is available in an Excel (or other) spreadsheet, XML, CSV, API, etc. With a logically structured spreadsheet / data source, we can import the data (even for thousands of items). The more detailed and accurate the excel, the more detailed the web page will be (e.g. all product characteristics are included for each product). It is most optimal if product image files are available named by catalogue number. Products imported in this way can of course be further edited later.
2. Quotation, specification of development
After agreement, we will provide a quotation for the cost of carrying out the development.
Once the quotation has been accepted, we will draw up a draft contract for the development. The document can then be reviewed by your own lawyer and finalised by mutual agreement.
We will draw up a specification for the operation of your website, which will include a precise description of the system's functions (website and admin). This will be treated as an attachment to the contract and as a guarantee that the website will indeed fully serve the specification.
An invoice will be provided for the cost of development as specified in the contract.

3. Obtaining a domain name and SSL certificate
If you already have an existing domain name(s), this section is irrelevant. In this case, you will need to point the address(es) to the vvortex hosting in the administration interface of your domain provider when the site is activated (when the website is published).
First, you need a domain name (or names) that will point you to the website when opened in your browser.
You can manage this independently of us, but in this case you will need to renew the validity of the domain name at each anniversary date.
If you request the domain service from us, the price is as follows:
.hu: 1.700 HUF / year
.com / .net / .org / .info: HUF 4,500 / year
SSL certificate: 6.500 Ft / year
It is highly recommended to obtain an SSL certificate for the domain used. This ensures that the information entered on the website is sent via an encrypted channel, which is essential for entering personal data or, in the case of a webshop, credit card details.
Although there are free SSL certificate services, they are much less reliable than a traditional paid SSL.
If you prefer a different domain extension, this can be arranged, in which case please let us know.
4. Webhosting (storage space)
We provide the hosting for all the sites we create. This means we can ensure your website runs smoothly in a familiar and proven environment.
This is where the website engine, the code itself and, by default, the images, files, etc. that belong to the website are hosted.
The domain name is directed to this hosting, and within it, to your websites code.
The annual hosting cost depends on the size of the website [number of images, size].
There is no waiting time for the hosting to be installed, once the content and domain name are in place, it is immediately available.
5. Graphic design, UI, UX
While all the initial content is being uploaded and we agree on the details of the site's operation, we will prepare the site's unique graphic look and feel and "fit" it to the website engine (sitebuild).
On request, we can design the look and feel of the website (main page, sub-pages, product listings, datasheets, etc.) based on an existing website or from scratch. Detailed and complete design of the site in 1-2 weeks after consultation.
The graphics of the delivered site can be changed and updated later according to your needs and agreement.
6. Content upload
During this time, until graphic design finished, the initial content can be uploaded.
It will greatly speed up the site if, for example, the list of products is available in as detailed a form as possible [see point 1] in excel or other format.
If there is no automated upload, the content must be created manually in the admin interface (sub-page texts, products, etc.).
Once sufficient content has been uploaded to launch the website, the page can be made live, i.e. published.
7. Arming your website
The selected domain name(s) will be redirected to the hosting space where the content is uploaded, so that the website's production-mode lifetime can begin.
The website owner will then receive the messages sent on the site and e-mail notifications of orders.
Content management
Content displayed on the site can be managed in the admin interface.
During the operation of the site, it is possible to edit the sub-page content, menu items, product categories, etc. The admin interface provided is capable of performing the operations defined in the specification.
Website maintenance
The operation of the site is constantly monitored. Any system errors that may occur will be notified. These will be corrected within a reasonable time. If the operator discovers and reports a malfunction, we will investigate and rectify it after consultation. Any new ideas for improvements arising during operation will be implemented by agreement.
